IND vs AUS: Kohli scored his 20th Test fifty, equals Azharuddin-Ganguly in this big record

Kohli has scored 59 fifties. In this case, he has equalized the records of Mohammad Azharuddin (59) and Sourav Ganguly (59, while MS Dhoni (89) is in the first place to score most 50+ International score.

On the 2nd day of the Perth Test between India and Australia, the Indian bowlers dismissed the hosts for 326 runs in first innings. India's most successful bowler was Ishant Sharma who picked 4 wickets for 41 runs, while Vihari, Umesh and Bumrah picked 2 wickets each.
In reply to Australia's first Innings score if 326, India's opening pair disappointed again Murali Vijay was out on zero, while Rahul managed only two runs. After quick wickets, Pujara and Kohli steady the flow of wickets and added 74 runs partnership for the 3rd wicket.

Pujara was dismissed for 24 runs off 103 balls, on the other hand, the Indian captain, Kohli batted superbly and scored his 20th test half-century. Kohli remained unbeaten on 82* along with Ajinkya Rahane 51*.
