Kohli scored 123 runs, breaks Sachin-Gavaskar's big world record, left many players behind

Virat Kohli has proved himself again why he his No.1 batsmen in the world. In fact, in the 2nd match of the Test series which is being played in Perth.
On the third day of the match, Kohli faced 257 balls and scored 123 runs with 13 fours and one six.

Kohli's 25th century leaves Sachin Tendulkar behind:
Virat Kohli completed his 25th test century in his 127 test innings. In this way, he has left Sachin Tendulkar, Sunil Gavaskar and Matthew Hayden behind. Although he his behind Don Bradman who completed 25 Test centuries in just 68 innings.
Kohli is now the second fastest to score 25 Test centuries, he achieved this milestone in 127 innings. While Sachin is at number three with 130 innings, Gavaskar scored 25 centuries in 138 innings. While Hayden took 139 innings to achieve this feat.

Kohli's 11th International century in 2018:

Virat Kohli has become the third player to score 11 or more hundreds in a calendar year. He had also scored 11 international hundreds in 2017. However, With this century in Perth, he equalled his own record and with Ricky Potting.
Potting had also scored 11 hundred in 2003. While Sachin Tendulkar scored 12 hundred in 1998 Sachin is in first place in the case of most centuries in a calendar year.
