New Zealand beat Pakistan by 123 runs, won the series after 49 years, 4 Big records broken

On the 5th day of the final test match of the series between Pakistan and New Zealand which was played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, in which the Kiwi team won the historical match by 123 runs and also the series by 2-1.

Batting first, the Kiwi team scored 274 runs with the help of Kane Williamson's 89 runs and Watling's half-century. In reply, Pakistan scored 348 runs with the help of Azhar Ali and Asad Shafiq's centuries and took the lead of 74 runs on the basis for first Innings.

In the 2nd Innings, Kane Williamson played a fine knock of 139 in 283 balls. Apart from him,  Henry Nicholas also scored 126 runs in 266 balls and at the score of 353 runs for 7 wickets and gave Pakistan a challenging target of  280 runs.

In response, Pakistan managed only 156 runs, Babar Azam scored a fighting half-century. Debutant William Somerville was the key player in winning this he picked up 4/75 in the first innings and 3/52 in the second innings.

The 34-year-old, playing his debut match for New Zealand, Will Somerville picked 7 wickets for 127 runs. With this match-winning performance, he becomes the 4th best bowler with best figures by New Zealander on debut.

2. Most catches by a fielder in International cricket:

Veteran Kiwi batsmen, Ross Taylor has jumped to 6th place in the case of most catches in International cricket. Taylor has taken 306 catches in 379 matches.
