Virat Kohli was born on 5 November 1988, he is the captain of the three formats of the Indian cricket team. An elegant right-handed batsman Kohli is considered to be one of the best batsmen in the world. He has also been the captain of the World Cup Cricket Winning Team, under the age of 19 in 2008. In India's domestic first-class cricket, Virat represents Delhi while the Royal Challengers captain in Bangalore in the Indian Premier League.

Born in Delhi, Kohli represented the city's cricket team at different age group level before starting his first-class cricket career in 2006. He won the Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia in 2008, Malaysia, and a few months later, at the age of 19, he made his ODI debut for India against Sri Lanka.

In ODIs, Kohli has the second highest century and the highest number of hundred in the run-chase in the world.
